Individuals may get involved with UIM in many ways:

  • Donating gently used furniture to help furnish new teachers' apartments

  • Helping with moving days by offering trucks/trailers/man power

  • Providing transportation for teachers until they get settled

  • Befriending a teacher or student to be a local support for them

Churches may get involved with UIM in many ways:

  • Providing food for one of the monthly dinners

  • Offering one-time events with their congregation

  • Encouraging congregation to befriend internationals to help provide community for our friends
